Wash Rite, Australasia’s largest exterior cleaning franchise, has officially joined the Franchise Council of Australia (FCA), marking a significant step in the brand’s growing presence and long-term commitment to the Australian franchise sector.
Founded in New Zealand in 2015 by entrepreneur Troy Hillard, Wash Rite has grown to operate over 117 trucks across New Zealand and Australia, offering residential and commercial cleaning services such as house washing, roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, driveway cleaning, and building washing.
Wash Rite expanded into the Australian market in 2024, launching franchises in Newcastle, Sydney’s North Shore, and the Central Coast, with more locations in the pipeline. By joining the FCA, Wash Rite aligns itself with the peak body representing ethical franchising in Australia.
